Terms of Service

You may use Mobile Eats only if you can form a binding agreement with ZestStream LLC and comply with these terms. If you use Mobile Eats for a food truck, business, or organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that business or organization.

Anonymous browsing does not require an account. Account-based features are intended for users who are at least 18, or who have parent or guardian consent where required. Mobile Eats is not directed to children under 13.

Owner access may use phone OTP, email magic link, or another supported first-party authentication flow. You are responsible for accurate account information, secure account use, and activity under your account.

Mobile Eats lets users submit truck listings, menus, schedules, photos, location confirmations, stale-location reports, support messages, owner profile details, claim evidence, and other community or owner content.

You grant ZestStream LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, distribute, and use submitted content as needed to operate, improve, promote, moderate, and support Mobile Eats and public truck profiles.

Owners and operators are responsible for the truck, menu, schedule, service location, pricing, availability, media, promotional claims, and profile information they publish.

Food truck information changes quickly. Mobile Eats may show freshness, source, and confidence signals, but owners remain responsible for their own operations and public statements.

Paid owner tools, when enabled, use Stripe-hosted Checkout and Stripe-hosted Customer Portal. Mobile Eats does not store raw card numbers, CVC values, or full card data.

Current pricing transparency documents identify a 7-day refund window for Mobile Eats Pro, with no-questions refunds during that first paid period and prorated handling after that when appropriate. Refunds above $100 require Joshua approval before they are offered or processed.

• Break, overload, scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, or interfere with Mobile Eats.
• Submit malicious code, spam, harassment, intentionally false truck information, or abusive content.
• Use Mobile Eats to stalk, threaten, expose, or harm a person.
• Misrepresent ownership of a truck, event, hotspot, menu, profile, brand, or account.
• Circumvent moderation, billing, entitlement, or access controls.
• Use Mobile Eats for unlawful activity or activity that requires licenses, rights, or permissions you do not have.

Mobile Eats helps people discover food trucks, but truck availability, hours, menus, prices, ingredients, routes, and event details can change quickly. You should confirm important information before traveling, ordering, relying on allergen information, or making business decisions.

Mobile Eats is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, ZestStream LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ZestStream LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, food safety issues, missed truck visits, or reliance on stale or inaccurate public information.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ZestStream LLC's total liability for claims related to Mobile Eats is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to Mobile Eats in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZestStream LLC from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of Mobile Eats, your violation of these terms, your violation of law, or your violation of another person's rights.

Mobile Eats may suspend or terminate accounts, owner claims, paid features, public posts, community contributions, or access to the service if use violates these terms, creates safety risk, undermines service accuracy, creates billing or fraud risk, or exposes Mobile Eats or users to legal risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of Montana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Montana will have jurisdiction unless applicable law requires a different forum.

Mobile Eats may update these terms as the service, legal requirements, pricing, service posture, or App Store requirements change. The current version is identified by the effective date and last updated date.
